Privacy Policy

We do not require an account, and downloading the currently available template files does not ask for your name, email address, or other personal information. If you choose to unlock additional AI itinerary generations through the inline email form, we collect the email address you submit and the time of submission.

We use browser local storage to remember how many AI itineraries have been requested from that browser and whether the email step has already been completed. This avoids repeatedly showing the same prompt. Local storage remains on your device until you clear it; it is not used for cross-site advertising.

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and feature performance. We do not send submitted email addresses to analytics. Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamp, to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose service problems.

Email addresses submitted through the AI planner are stored in our Cloudflare Workers KV service. We use them to unlock additional generations in the submitting browser and to send relevant Itinerary Templates updates, including information about the all-formats template pack. We do not sell submitted email addresses.

We retain a submitted address while the signup list is active or until it is no longer needed for these purposes. You may ask us to remove it by emailing support@itinerarytemplates.com from the address concerned.

If you email us, we receive the address you use and the information you choose to include. We use it only to read and respond to your message, address support or rights requests, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation.

We may introduce advertising or additional interactive planning features in the future. Before doing so, we will update this policy to explain what information is collected, why it is used, how long it is retained, and what choices are available. Where applicable law requires consent, we will request it before placing non-essential cookies or using similar technologies.

Some future format links may open services such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Notion. Those services operate under their own privacy policies. This policy applies only to itinerarytemplates.com.
