Terms of Use

You may download, copy, edit, print, and use our templates for personal travel, internal business travel, or itineraries prepared for your own clients. You may add your name, logo, colors, trip details, and other original content to a completed itinerary.

This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide, and free of charge. It applies to the finished or customized itinerary you create, not to a right to sell the underlying blank template as a product.

You may not sell, sublicense, publish, upload, bundle, or redistribute a blank or substantially unchanged template, whether on its own or as part of another template collection. You may not represent our template design as your original template product or use the files to operate a competing download library.

You also may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or remove notices in a way that misrepresents the source of the template.

The templates are planning aids. They do not provide legal, immigration, financial, safety, or travel advice. Requirements, prices, opening hours, routes, and entry rules can change. You are responsible for checking important information with the relevant provider or authority.

The website and templates are provided as available, without a promise that every file, link, or layout will work for every device or purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Itinerary Templates is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a template, an unavailable service, or information entered into a file.
