How to use this template

This template helps applicants present a proposed journey in a clear, consistent format when a consulate or visa service asks for an itinerary. It brings routes, dates, transport details, accommodation, and the purpose of each stop into one readable document. Enter information exactly as it appears in supporting reservations and keep city names and dates consistent across every application document.

If tickets are not yet purchased, label the itinerary as proposed and follow the requirements of the relevant authority; a template is not a substitute for official guidance or a confirmed booking when one is required. Use the notes column to distinguish tourism, a business meeting, a family visit, or a transfer day, and avoid adding unnecessary personal information.

Review the completed file against your application form before submitting it. The layout is also useful for travel agents or hosts helping a visitor organize evidence, because omissions and date conflicts are easier to notice in a chronological table.
